We keep it simple: collect only what's needed to talk with you and run your project, protect it carefully, and never sell it.

Buildwise ("we", "us", "our") is a boutique web design studio operated by David Molina in Chino Hills, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit buildwise.studio or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and run the site:

  • Contact form data — the name, email, company, budget, and message you submit.
  • Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.
  • Communication history — emails, messages, and call notes exchanged during a project.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.

We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
  • Deliver the services you've hired us for.
  • Send transactional emails (confirmations, project updates, invoices).
  • Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Our site uses only the essential cookies required to keep it running. We do not run third-party ad networks. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and use privacy-friendly tools that don't identify you personally.

We share limited information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

  • Hosting & database — for storing form submissions and serving the site.
  • Email delivery — for sending confirmations and replies.
  • Payment processor — if you become a client, invoices are handled by a reputable third-party processor. We never store your card details.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are validated server-side and stored in a database with row-level security. Access is limited to David Molina. We keep only what we need and for no longer than necessary.

No system is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us right away at buildwisestudio26@gmail.com.

You can, at any time, ask us to:

  • Confirm what information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information (unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons).
  • Unsubscribe from any non-essential email — use the link in the email or contact us directly.

Buildwise is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
